I've had a Control4 system in my house for about 3 years, the dealer I was working with seemed to struggle with support. It seemed I knew more than my dealer (and I did not know much) on Control4 and was always frustrated that every change I wanted to make was so difficult with my old dealer.
Then I found the Soho Shop, at a high level let me just say they rock!
From the moment I contacted them they jumped right on the problems I was having with recommendations to fix. Within a couple weeks I had a new HC-1000 at my home and programmed. Their knowledge of Control4 I think is the best you will find in the industry, and their customer service is out of this world. They really have an amazing ability to respond instantly at any day/time.I'm looking forward to a long relationship with the Soho Shop
